 Volver Born in France, Christophe moved to NYC in 1992 where he developed a love for reportage photography. He took his camera to the streets and into the subways where he began documenting the urban life.

As a photographer and assemblage artist, Agou has won numerous competitions, including the Spectra ' 99.Biennial presented by Reuters, the Moments of Intimacy, Laughter and Kinship International competition judged by Elliot Erwitt and Small Works 2000 & 2001.

In addition Christophe Agou won third prize -Vision 2000 Project Competition- presented by the Santa Fe Center for Visual Arts. Among the judges was Kathy Ryan, Picture Editor at The New York Times Magazine.
